It actually wasn't raining this morning, so we decided to go out for a proper walk. Went to Paderne and had coffee to give ourselves strength and walked up the hill to the ruined windmill and did most of the round, though we had to cut out one section where the path crosses a normally dry riverbed which now has over a meter of muddy rushing water at the crossing point. Almost unheard of as it is normally dry even at this time of year. Today it has actually been sunny more or less all day and we have been able to sit out on our terrace. We are going out this evening to celebrate Nin's 71st birthday. Report on that later.
