Given the weather in Oslo just now - masses of snow followed by massive thaws and slush to be followed by more snow and slush, etc. etc - I would really have liked to be somewhere else from this weekend instead of spending another week here! I seem to remember that when we were working we didn't notice the winter too much because we were confined indoors working all week. Now we can observe it at leisure from the glass wall of our living room, and think about green grass and almond blossom in the Algarve!
